Adam Becker and Brian Cunningham, owners of Sunspace Kansas City, collectively have decades of experience in home improvement, construction, and customer service.

After establishing a successful company building decks and porches for homeowners in Northern Virginia, Adam relocated to the Midwest where he met his neighbor Brian while he was doing some work on his house. The re-birth of an outdoor living space business was quickly formed. As with any growing business, customer needs and desires often turn into opportunities. Sunspace Kansas City became necessary when we recognized some limitations in the new outdoor spaces we were creating.

Many of the screened-on porches were only used during warm weather – on sunny days with no wind. Add to that, the spaces were open to the elements and required constant cleaning.

After looking at dozens of products, Adam and Brian came across Sunspace Porch Windows, we immediately seized the opportunity to start installing them into new porch projects.
